アマゾンさんで、ボブ・ディラン御大の"The Complete Annotated Lyrics"というのを見つけました。
どの程度の注釈なのか気になるところですが、おそらく合点の行くことが多いのであろうと予想されます。
発売予定が「2015/11/6」と、ずいぶん先。
ハードカバーでお値段が「￥23,384」というのはちと厳しい。

同じ出版社から「2014/10/28」に"Lyrics"が出るのですが、たぶん注釈抜きのですね。
並んで"The Lyrics: Since 1962 [Kindle版]"「￥3,509」とあるのも、注釈抜きだと思います。
